Set against the stunning backdrop of the Temples of Paestum, the “A Night Among Gods and Galaxies” event, organized by the Uni in Strada APS association in collaboration with the Archaeological Parks of Paestum and Velia, brilliantly blended myth, astronomy, and culture for an unforgettable evening.
Among the most popular attractions for the public was our Festival’s exhibit, which offered an exclusive premiere of some treasured items from our Historical Archive: posters, photographs, articles, and equipment that chronicle nearly eighty years of the Festival’s history. The enthusiasm and curiosity from visitors confirmed just how much this heritage continues to inspire emotion and a powerful sense of belonging.
During the evening, we spoke with Prof. Gennaro Cuccurullo, president of the Uni in Strada association, and our Artistic Director, Paola de Cesare, in an interview that captures the value of the event and the excitement surrounding the Festival Museum preview.
